WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?

Join us as we explore and discover the why behind the appeal of micro-learning with a group of senior leaders who are active in the Leadership Development and Organisational Development space. This half-day session is set to help facilitate and reinvent the future of learning and development in New Zealand.

Our aim is to generate learning solutions designed to support and enhance the future of work and to build on the style and needs of the current workforce and future workers.

There will be a strong focus on learning in the flow of work based on Robert Kegan's Deliberately Developmental Organisations which seeks to help develop all leaders in reaching their full potential, creating a culture where everyone is able to prime themselves for personal and company growth.

We'll be exploring why micro-learning is starting to gain traction in the LnD space and how we can better address the deep needs that leaders are experiencing in their roles right now. Thoughts shared between senior leaders will be used to collate a white-paper research article on the existence of micro-learning and how it has the potential to change the way we learn.

We'll also be sharing the key learns and outtakes from thought leaders that have attended our US based incubator workshops (http://www.adeption.io/vertical-incubator/) where you'll have access to the latest thinking in vertical development.
